We operate 5 food supermarkets, 4 liquor specialty stores, and 1 business supermarket in Yokohama.
As a community-based store that can be used as a refrigerator for customers in the neighborhood, we have received a great deal of support from everyone.
It is loved by regular customers, and the humanity of the good old days is still in existence.
We hold morning markets and fairs, and aim to be a store that is loved by local customers.
At the liquor specialty store, we also accept delivery to nearby restaurants and homes.

The side dish department is self-employed, so we sell freshly handmade side dishes and bento boxes.
We are particular about domestic beef for meat, and we are also focusing on selling the original brand pork "Hama-chan Pork".

At the business supermarket, we utilize the know-how of Yokohama's food supermarket and liquor specialty stores to directly manage fruits and vegetables and liquor.
It is used by both restaurants and general customers.

At the liquor specialty store, we have a wide variety of discerning products, from liquor that you drink on a daily basis to liquor that you can use on sunny days.

Super Yokohamaya Makita store

Yokohamaya, the birthplace. Makita store
This shop was opened as a teahouse by Shokichi Yamamoto, the founder of the joint-stock company Yamamoto Shoten in March 22nd year of Meiji. As a community-based store, we have received a great deal of support from everyone. The humanity of the good old days is still in existence. The human resources of Yokohamaya grow up here and leave the nest.
